We can only honor refund requests from those individuals who paid the registration fee for taking our “live”
NEMBR course in 2010 and who mail us their failure refund request and exam results before March 1, 2011 (allopathic physicians) or December 1,
2011 (osteopathic physicians).
Please note: Our No Pass No Pay Policy does NOT
apply to our enduring material activities (online streaming video, mp3 audio, and audio CD set).
It only applies to those who attend one of our "live" courses.
